Plan-set review
Send us your architectural set. We red-line the stair pages, flag any code issues, and quote per-unit pricing within 3 business days.
- STEP 02
Contract + CAD
On contract, we deliver a CAD plan, elevation, and section for the standardized stair. Your structural engineer signs off and the design freezes.
- STEP 03
Batched fabrication
Units batched 4–8 at a time. Stringer, treads, risers, balusters, newels — cut, fit, and finished in our shop, no on-site staining.
- STEP 04
Crated delivery
Each unit's stair is crated and labeled with the unit number. Your trim crew opens the right crate at the right building.
- STEP 05
Phone-consult install
Install lives with your trim or framing crew. We're on the phone for any questions on the first 2–3 units; after that they own it.

No — we fabricate + crate + deliver, and your framing or trim crew installs. We consult by phone on the first few units to dial in the install pattern. After that the install moves fast.
What's the smallest townhome project you take?
We've batched as few as 4 units and as many as 32. Below 4 we'd suggest looking at our custom-stair pricing instead, since the standardization overhead doesn't pay off.
Can we use this for an active-adult or 55+ community?
Yes — and we'll spec slightly wider treads, lower riser heights, and continuous handrails per ADA-adjacent guidance. Call (610) 443-2240 and we'll walk through it.
Do you do the railings and balustrade too, or just the stair?
Both. Railings, newels, and balustrade ship with each unit's crate. Iron or wood, painted or stained — your spec.
