- STEP 01
Plan-set review
Send us your architectural set. We review the stair pages, flag any code issues, and quote per-unit pricing.
- STEP 02
Contract and drawings
On contract, we prepare plan, elevation, and section drawings for the standard stair. Once you approve them, the design is set.
- STEP 03
Batched fabrication
Units are built in batches in our Whitehall shop. Stringers, treads, risers, balusters, and newels cut and fit. We deliver unfinished; no on-site staining.
- STEP 04
Labeled delivery
Each unit's stair is crated and labeled with the unit number. Your trim crew opens the right crate at the right building.
- STEP 05
Install with phone support
Your trim or framing crew sets the stairs. Call us with questions on the first few units, or send photos of a field condition and we'll help you work through it.

Do you install townhome stairs on-site?
The staircase is delivered ready for installation, and your framing or trim crew sets it. Call us with installation questions along the way, especially on the first few units. Once the project is ready for railing, we can return to install the handrail, newels, and balusters, or your crew can install the railing parts we supply.
What's the smallest townhome project you take?
Send us the plan set and the unit count and we'll price it. For a small number of units, our regular custom-stair pricing may make more sense than a standardized package. We'll tell you which one fits.
Can we use this for an active-adult or 55+ community?
Yes. Tell us the requirements up front and we'll build the stair to the rise, run, and continuous handrail your plans call for. Call (610) 443-2240 and we'll walk through it.
Do you do the railings and balustrade too, or just the stair?
Both. Handrail, newels, and balusters ship with each unit's crate, or we return to install the railing once the unit is ready. Iron or wood, your spec.
