The Route 78 Estate isn't a single design so much as a tier of work — the Bedminster, Bernardsville, and Far Hills projects where the staircase is a defined architectural element drawn alongside the house. Curved or floating geometry is the baseline; the variables are the hardwood, the railing material, and how much technology hides inside the treads.
Material is where these separate from the rest of the catalog. Beyond walnut, we work mahogany and sapele for warmth and figure; railings move to glass panels or cable infill where a homeowner wants the view through the stair preserved; and integrated LED tread lighting is detailed in at the CAD stage so the wiring path is built into the stringer, not added after.
