Q: Do you always come out to measure?
Not always. Iron baluster swaps and tread replacements can often run straight from your photos and the selections. A full custom stair or a curved rail gets an in-home measure so everything fits the first time.
Q: Do I get drawings?
For complex, curved, or fully custom stairs, yes — we draw it up in CAD so you can approve it before anything is cut. We don't issue stamped drawings or 3D renders; the CAD is a working drawing for the build.
