What happens during this step
- RAILINGS, IRON SWAPS, AND TREAD REPLACEMENTS: we install on site, usually 1–3 days. An iron baluster swap is one day, very little mess.
- NEW STAIRCASES: delivered ready for installation. Once it's set, we return to install the handrail, newels, and balusters.
- During the workday the stairs are out of use. They're safe to use at night, so you can stay in the home.
- Expect some sawdust. We clean up the workspace before we leave.
- If you ever have a question or concern after the job is done, give us a call. We stand behind our work.

Q: How disruptive is the install?

Q: What if something isn't right later?
Call us. If there's an issue with our work, we'll come back and take care of it. You're dealing directly with the same local shop before, during, and after the project, so there's always someone you can reach who knows the job.
