How do I order parts?

Tell us what you need and we'll quote it on the phone. Stock items we'll have ready for pickup; non-stock items we'll cut and fit in our shop and call you when they're ready.

Yes. Bring your drawings to the shop or send them with your call, and a Snyder shop foreman will help you put together a part list with quantities and pricing — free phone support, no charge. For complex jobs like curved stairs or period restoration, we'll walk through it with you on the phone.

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?

Pickup at the Whitehall shop is the default — call ahead and we'll stage stock for same- or next-day pickup. We can coordinate freight or local delivery on larger orders. Out of the area, we ship parts nationwide from our own Whitehall shop — call us and we'll work out the logistics.

Can I walk in without an appointment?
