How do I order parts?

Walk in at 117 Franklin Street, Whitehall PA (Mon–Fri 8A–4:30P), or call (610) 443-2240. There's no online ordering and no account signup — flip through the 2027 catalogs, then call. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it on the phone. Stock items we'll have ready for pickup; non-stock items we'll cut and fit in our shop and call you when they're ready.

Trade pricing for working contractors — we share the number on the phone. No public price list, no application form, no membership. Call us with your parts list and we'll put a number to it. Real contractors get relationship-based pricing and priority on stock and custom orders.

Can you help me spec the parts from drawings?

Yes. Bring your drawings to the shop or send them with your call, and a Snyder shop foreman will help you put together a part list with quantities and pricing — free phone support, no charge. For complex jobs like curved stairs or period restoration, we'll walk through it with you on the phone.

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?

Pickup at the Whitehall shop is the default — call ahead and we'll stage stock for same- or next-day pickup. We can coordinate freight or local delivery on larger orders. Out of the area, we ship parts nationwide from our own Whitehall shop — call us and we'll work out the logistics.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

What if a part doesn't fit my install?

Call us first so we can verify fit — that's free, and it's the easiest way to avoid a wrong part. Common fitment questions (handrail bracket centers, baluster spacing, newel-to-handrail joint) we can usually sort out over the phone with a photo. If something isn't right, give us a call and we'll make it right.
