After a few conversations confirming Jessie would meet with me to go over a job he was a no show/no call. I waited all day at an empty new build house. When I called him a week later to find out what happened his response was “I’m busy so I’m no longer interested”. That is NOT professionalism and this busy period will eventually end.

We just used Snyder Stairs to replace our stair bannister and railings and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Jesse was great- walking us through all of the steps and decisions. The time from order to install was just as promised. The stairway looks incredible! The team that was here to install were professional and very intent on the detail- I just love it!
